My GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ABR™, I have successfully worked on both the buyers’ side as well as the sellers’ side and have closed the required transactions.

I am a seasoned negotiator and hold the CNE™ designation (Certified Negotiations Expert) which provides me with smart and strategic negotiating skills to assure my clients obtain their Real Estate goals.  This expertise is an extremely important part of my fiduciary responsibilities to my clients.  Less than 1% of all Realtors possess this designation and it provides an advantage for the clients who choose me as their Realtor. 

As an "Accredited Staging Professional" ASP™ and "Certified Home Marketing Specialist” CHMS™ Realtor, I include my services at no charge to help prepare and stage your home.  Having a trained professional to help stage your home will ensure you obtain top dollar and help Buyers see potential and value in a home.
